The risk of choosing on price alone
Breast asymmetry surgery relies on precise planning, and results are highly individual. Very cheap packages, particularly abroad, often exclude follow-up and involve flying home within days, when the risk of blood clots is higher and a complication such as bleeding, infection or wound breakdown would need to be managed far from your surgeon. Correcting an unsatisfactory result later is more complex and usually more expensive than getting the plan right the first time.
What else to budget for
Beyond the surgical fee, allow for time off work (often one to two weeks for desk-based roles), help at home in the first few days, and a small number of supportive bras as you heal. Implants are not considered lifetime devices, so future surgery may be needed at some point, which would be a separate cost.
