What’s Included in the Price?
Every surgical quote from Mr Nassab is all-inclusive, so you know the total cost before you decide. The only separate charge is your initial consultation (£150). Your quote includes:
Surgeon's fee
Mr Nassab's fee for planning and performing your operation, including all routine post-operative reviews with him.
Anaesthetist's fee
For procedures under general anaesthetic or sedation, your consultant anaesthetist, who looks after you during surgery and in the immediate recovery period.
Hospital & theatre fee
The operating theatre, nursing care, your private room and any overnight stay at a CQC-regulated hospital.
Implants & devices
Where your procedure uses them, implants (such as Motiva) or devices are included in the quote.
Aftercare
Routine follow-up appointments, dressings and compression garments where applicable — no hidden surgical extras.
What Affects the Cost of Breast Augmentation?
Implant type and brand
Premium implants with long manufacturer warranties, such as Motiva, cost more than basic implants. Mr Nassab will explain which implants suit your tissues and goals, not just your budget.
Technique
Some patients are suited to minimally invasive approaches such as Motiva Preservé or MiniAug, which can be performed awake. Others need a traditional approach under general anaesthetic. The technique affects theatre time and therefore cost.
Asymmetry or tuberous breasts
Correcting significant asymmetry or a tuberous breast shape can need different implant sizes, tissue release or additional steps, which is why asymmetry correction starts slightly higher.
Whether you also need a lift
If your nipples sit low or the skin has stretched after pregnancy or weight loss, implants alone may not give a good result. Combining augmentation with an uplift (augmentation mastopexy) is a longer operation.
Hospital
Hospital fees are set by the hospital and vary between facilities and by length of stay. Mr Nassab operates at CQC-regulated hospitals in Manchester, Knutsford and London.
Other Things to Budget For
Plan for around one to two weeks off desk-based work and longer for physical jobs, a supportive post-surgery bra, and avoiding heavy lifting and the gym for about six weeks. Implants are not lifetime devices: many women will need further surgery at some point in the future, so it is sensible to understand implant warranties and future costs before you go ahead.
