He graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2000 and commenced his plastic surgical training in 2004 and has worked in Birmingham, London, Liverpool, Preston and Chester. He has been a substantive NHS consultant in Chester.
In 2011, he was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Plastic Surgery, also known as the FRCS (Plast). He is on the General Medical Council’s (GMC) Specialist Register in Plastic Surgery. He is a full member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) and British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS). He is the medical director of CLNQ, the luxury medical and plastic surgery clinic Manchester and Cheshire. Mr Nassab FRCS Plast has undertaken one of the most highly sought after aesthetic fellowships in the UK, working with the most respected aesthetic surgeons in London based at a number of private institutions including the Wellington Hospital, Cromwell Hospital, London Clinic and Harley Street.
Additionally, he has undertaken a further aesthetic fellowship in Manchester and Cheshire. In 2011, he was awarded the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons Travelling Fellowship Prize, which he used to visit some of the most renowned plastic surgeons in the United States. In 2013, Mr Nassab was awarded a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Aesthetic Surgery from the University of London. As an award winning plastic surgeon he has received prizes for his research and clinical work. Mr Nassab has published numerous scientific publications in highly respected peer-reviewed international plastic surgery journals. He has numerous presentations at national and international meetings. He has contributed a book chapter on liposuction in a cosmetic surgery textbook. Mr Nassab has also had his research featured in national press including the Sunday Times and Daily Mail, and is regularly quoted as an expert by The i Paper, The Sun and the Daily Mirror (see In the Press below). He is a peer reviewer for the Aesthetic Surgery Journal, one of the most respected international journals in the field of cosmetic surgery, and his research has been cited more than 850 times (Google Scholar). He is Chair of the ISAPS Social Media Working Group and a BAAPS Council member.
