What’s Included in the Price?
Every surgical quote from Mr Nassab is all-inclusive, so you know the total cost before you decide. The only separate charge is your initial consultation (£150). Your quote includes:
Surgeon's fee
Mr Nassab's fee for planning and performing your operation, including all routine post-operative reviews with him.
Anaesthetist's fee
For procedures under general anaesthetic or sedation, your consultant anaesthetist, who looks after you during surgery and in the immediate recovery period.
Hospital & theatre fee
The operating theatre, nursing care, your private room and any overnight stay at a CQC-regulated hospital.
Implants & devices
Where your procedure uses them, implants (such as Motiva) or devices are included in the quote.
Aftercare
Routine follow-up appointments, dressings and compression garments where applicable — no hidden surgical extras.
What Affects the Cost of Breast Lift?
Degree of droop
A small lift may need only a scar around the areola; more droop usually needs a lollipop or anchor pattern. More extensive lifts take longer in theatre.
Adding implants
If you have lost volume as well as lift, implants restore fullness in the upper breast. This is a more complex operation than a lift alone.
Previous breast surgery
Lifts after previous implants, or where implants are being removed or exchanged, need extra planning and theatre time, which is reflected in the price.
Hospital and stay
Hospital fees vary between facilities and with whether you stay overnight.
Other Things to Budget For
Most patients take one to two weeks off desk work and avoid heavy lifting and exercise for around six weeks. A supportive surgical bra is worn for several weeks. Scars fade over 12–18 months; scar-care products are a small extra cost to plan for.

Is a breast lift more expensive than a boob job?
Usually, yes. A lift involves reshaping the breast tissue, removing skin and repositioning the nipple, so it takes longer than placing implants alone.
Can I have a lift without implants?
Yes. Many women with enough breast volume only need a lift. Mr Nassab will advise whether implants would improve your result.
Does the NHS fund breast lifts?
Breast lifts for cosmetic reasons are not normally NHS funded.
Is finance available?
Yes, finance is available for eligible patients through Chrysalis Finance.
Why are prices lower abroad?
Lower prices abroad usually reflect lower overheads, shorter hospital stays and limited aftercare rather than better value. If something needs attention after you fly home, you may have to pay again to have it managed in the UK. The Royal College of Surgeons and BAAPS advise choosing a GMC-registered specialist plastic surgeon operating in a regulated hospital, and not deciding on price alone.
