Mr Reza Nassab has recently had his umbilical lift procedure published in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Global Open Journal. In the article, he describes the technique to help improve and rejuvenate the umbilicus or belly button. This is helpful in patients that have previously had a belly button piercing and developed some loose skin around the belly button. This is a way to get rid of the loose skin around the belly button.

We can see from the before and after of the umbilical lift there has been a good improvement of the shape of the belly button and the extra skin at the top of the belly button has been removed. This has helped open up the belly button making it more youthful in appearance.
