What’s Included in the Price?
Every surgical quote from Mr Nassab is all-inclusive, so you know the total cost before you decide. The only separate charge is your initial consultation (£150). Your quote includes:
Surgeon's fee
Mr Nassab's fee for planning and performing your operation, including all routine post-operative reviews with him.
Anaesthetist's fee
For procedures under general anaesthetic or sedation, your consultant anaesthetist, who looks after you during surgery and in the immediate recovery period.
Hospital & theatre fee
The operating theatre, nursing care, your private room and any overnight stay at a CQC-regulated hospital.
Implants & devices
Where your procedure uses them, implants (such as Motiva) or devices are included in the quote.
Aftercare
Routine follow-up appointments, dressings and compression garments where applicable — no hidden surgical extras.
What Affects the Cost of Rhinoplasty?
What needs changing
Reducing a hump, refining the tip, narrowing the nose or correcting a crooked nose each involve different steps; more complex changes take longer.
Breathing
If your septum is deviated and affects your breathing, a septorhinoplasty addresses function as well as appearance.
Revision surgery
Revision rhinoplasty after previous surgery is more complex and is always individually quoted.
Hospital stay
Rhinoplasty is usually a day-case or single-night stay under general anaesthetic.
Other Things to Budget For
Expect a nasal splint for about a week and to take one to two weeks off work. Swelling settles gradually and the final shape can take up to a year to show. Avoid contact sports for at least six weeks.

Can I get rhinoplasty on the NHS?
Cosmetic rhinoplasty is not NHS funded. Surgery to improve breathing, or after injury, may be available on the NHS depending on local policy.
Is non-surgical rhinoplasty cheaper?
Filler rhinoplasty is cheaper and quicker but temporary, can only add volume (not reduce a nose), and carries rare but serious risks, including blocked blood vessels, skin damage and, very rarely, loss of vision. Mr Nassab can advise which approach suits you.
Is finance available?
Yes, finance is available for eligible patients through Chrysalis Finance.
How long does it take to see the final result?
Most swelling settles in the first few weeks, but the final shape, especially the tip, can take up to 12 months.
Why are prices lower abroad?
Lower prices abroad usually reflect lower overheads, shorter hospital stays and limited aftercare rather than better value. If something needs attention after you fly home, you may have to pay again to have it managed in the UK. The Royal College of Surgeons and BAAPS advise choosing a GMC-registered specialist plastic surgeon operating in a regulated hospital, and not deciding on price alone.
