What’s Included in the Price?
Every surgical quote from Mr Nassab is all-inclusive, so you know the total cost before you decide. The only separate charge is your initial consultation (£150). Your quote includes:
Surgeon's fee
Mr Nassab's fee for planning and performing your operation, including all routine post-operative reviews with him.
Anaesthetist's fee
For procedures under general anaesthetic or sedation, your consultant anaesthetist, who looks after you during surgery and in the immediate recovery period.
Hospital & theatre fee
The operating theatre, nursing care, your private room and any overnight stay at a CQC-regulated hospital.
Implants & devices
Where your procedure uses them, implants (such as Motiva) or devices are included in the quote.
Aftercare
Routine follow-up appointments, dressings and compression garments where applicable — no hidden surgical extras.
What Affects the Cost of Facelift?
Type of facelift
A mini facelift treats early jowling with a shorter operation. A full or deep plane face and neck lift repositions deeper tissues for a longer-lasting, more natural result, and takes considerably longer.
Neck
Many patients need the neck treated at the same time, which adds to the operation.
Combined procedures
Eyelid surgery, fat transfer or a lip lift are often combined with a facelift and are priced as part of your plan.
Anaesthetic and stay
Facelifts are usually done under general anaesthetic with an overnight stay; some smaller procedures can be done under local anaesthetic.

“Facial surgery is the least forgiving surgery I perform, and it is the area where I most strongly advise against choosing on price. The difference between a natural, refreshed result and an obviously ‘operated’ look is technique and judgement, and revision facial surgery is considerably harder than getting it right the first time. A deep plane facelift costs more because it is more technically demanding and takes longer in theatre, but it repositions the deeper tissues rather than pulling skin, which in my experience gives a more natural, longer-lasting result.”
Other Things to Budget For
Plan for around two weeks before you feel comfortable being seen socially, and avoid strenuous exercise for about four to six weeks. Full recovery and settling of swelling takes several months.
