What’s Included in the Price?
Every surgical quote from Mr Nassab is all-inclusive, so you know the total cost before you decide. The only separate charge is your initial consultation (£150). Your quote includes:
Surgeon's fee
Mr Nassab's fee for planning and performing your operation, including all routine post-operative reviews with him.
Anaesthetist's fee
For procedures under general anaesthetic or sedation, your consultant anaesthetist, who looks after you during surgery and in the immediate recovery period.
Hospital & theatre fee
The operating theatre, nursing care, your private room and any overnight stay at a CQC-regulated hospital.
Implants & devices
Where your procedure uses them, implants (such as Motiva) or devices are included in the quote.
Aftercare
Routine follow-up appointments, dressings and compression garments where applicable — no hidden surgical extras.
What Affects the Cost of Liposuction?
Number and size of areas
Price is mainly driven by how many areas are treated, for example abdomen, flanks, thighs or arms, and how much fat is removed.
Technique
Vaser uses ultrasound energy to loosen fat before it is removed, which can help in fibrous areas and for more detailed contouring. It costs a little more than standard liposuction.
Skin quality
Liposuction removes fat but does not tighten loose skin much. If your skin is lax, Mr Nassab may suggest a skin-tightening treatment such as BodyTite, or an excision procedure, instead or as well.
High-definition contouring
High-definition liposuction, usually with Vaser, sculpts around the muscles for a more athletic look. It is more detailed and time-consuming than standard liposuction, so it is quoted individually.
Anaesthetic
Small areas such as the chin can sometimes be done under local anaesthetic; larger areas are done under general anaesthetic.
Other Things to Budget For
Most patients return to desk work within about a week. Compression garments are worn for several weeks (included). Liposuction is not a weight-loss treatment: results last best if your weight stays stable.

Why are prices lower abroad?
Lower prices abroad usually reflect lower overheads, shorter hospital stays and limited aftercare rather than better value. If something needs attention after you fly home, you may have to pay again to have it managed in the UK. The Royal College of Surgeons and BAAPS advise choosing a GMC-registered specialist plastic surgeon operating in a regulated hospital, and not deciding on price alone.
