What the price includes
Your quote is intended to cover the full surgical episode:
- Surgeon’s fee: for planning, performing the liposuction and the fat transfer.
- Anaesthetist’s fee: a consultant anaesthetist for the general anaesthetic.
- Hospital and theatre: the operating theatre, nursing care, overnight stay if required and routine medication on discharge.
- Compression garment: a medical-grade garment fitted after surgery.

Any additional items, such as extra garments or lymphatic massage if you choose it, will be explained in writing before you commit.
The consultation fee
The consultation costs £150 and is not deducted from, or included in, the surgical price. What can change your quote

Flying soon after major liposuction increases the risk of blood clots, and if complications arise after you return home you may have no surgeon to contact. Fat grafting to the buttocks carries a rare but potentially life-threatening risk of fat entering the blood vessels, which is why technique, training and hospital standards matter far more than price.
Budgeting beyond the surgical fee
When planning, it helps to think about the practical costs of recovery as well as the operation. Most people take around two weeks off desk-based work, and longer for physical jobs.
