This patient underwent breast augmentation using round high profile implants. These were 350cc is size. The breast implants were placed under the muscle using a dual plane technique. The results are shown here at 6 weeks following the procedure. This case demonstrates filling of the upper pole of the breast. There is often deflation of the breast after having children and breast feeding.
